Marirose Roach fights for the rights of spouses and children, providing legal representation in divorce, custody and support cases. She also provides volunteer services with Philadelphia VIP, a pro bono agency in Philadelphia.
A dual sport athlete at Temple University, Marirose excelled in track and field and soccer at the Division I level. More recently, she has turned her attention to women's professional football, starring with the Philadelphia Liberty Belles and Philadelphia Passion. Marirose was the LFL's Offensive Player of the Year in 2010 and 2011. Consistent with her willingness to give back to the community, Marirose is the founder of FootballHers Inc., an non-profit organization created to advance the sport of football amongst young women. Marirose was a Member of the Advisory Board of the Black Women in Sport Foundation. Currently, she sits on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Panthers Football Team and the Harambee Institute for Science and Technology Charter School.
Her passion for sports and entertainment is exemplified by her professional work in the field of Sports and Entertainment Law. Representative clients include R&B songstress and BigScore Entertainment recording artist, Arika Kane, who has reached international success with worldwide record sales. Marirose's practice in this field includes legal representation and counseling related to: Contracts, Marketing, Endorsements, Finances, Asset Protection, Business Transactions, Career Management, Post-Career Counseling and other legal services.

Prior to Joining Roach, Leite & Manyin, Mr. Leite-Young spent time with Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldman & Berkowitz, P.C. and later as an associate in the Bankruptcy Department of one of Bucks County Pennsylvania's most reputable law firms. There he concentrated his practice on Chapter 7 liquidation, Chapter 13 repayment, Consumer Defense, and Contractual Disputes.
Today, Mr. Leite-Young’s practice focuses on mortgage-related litigation, credit card-related litigation, debt-collection litigation, office equipment loan-related litigation, mortgage servicing-related litigation, arbitration, and consumer bankruptcy.
Often described as an "advocate for justice" Rob provides advice, guidance and relentless representation on behalf of homeowners, consumers, debtors and businesses regarding predatory lending practices, illegal foreclosures and violations of state and federal law. Over his career Rob has successfully handled numerous Federal and State court matters on behalf of clients in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey. On a limited basis, Mr Leite-Young provides representation in criminal matters, commercial and residential lease agreements, and insurance litigation.
An active pillar in the community, Rob can often be seen organizing community outreach events, donating time and money to various causes, and hanging out with the neighborhood kids. Prior to law school, Mr. Leite-Young was a Social Worker for the Philadelphia Department of Human Services and a highly regarded insurance fraud investigator.

Rob regularly provides representation to the less fortunate through Philadelphia VIP and Community Legal Services.

KENNETH R. MANYIN
An experienced litigator, Ken has been practicing law since 1994. His professional focus has primarily been in the fields of workers' compensation and general liability. He has represented numerous large insurance companies, self-insureds, third-party administrators and government entities, protecting their assets and providing counsel.
Specific matters that Ken has handled include occupational exposure, orthopedic injuries, disfigurement, cognitive defects and fatal injuries. Key to handling these claims is the development of expert opinion from orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, psychiatrists, psychologists, oncologists, hematologists, vocational experts and forensic economists.
Over his career Ken has also provided representation in criminal defense matters, purchases and sales of commercial and residential real estate, landlord-tenant claims and cases involving Family Law.
Committed to maintaining an active presence in the legal community, Ken has served as an Arbitrator in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. He has participated in the Philadelphia Bar Association's Law Day program. He has lectured students about the dangers of drunk driving on behalf of the Camden County Bar Association.
Ken believes that it is also important to serve the communities in which he lives and works. Ken volunteered for several years as the Boys' Director of the Cherry Hill Lacrosse Club, where he has also coached youth players since 2008. He was a Board Member of South Jersey Youth Lacrosse League and still acts as a pro bono legal advisor. More recently he has been a volunteer Defensive Coordinator for the Cherry Hill High School West boys' lacrosse team. Ken has served on the organizing committee for the MS 150 City to Shore Bike Ride. Ken may also be found participating in charity cycling and running events.
Ken resided in Sweden for three years and he considers himself conversationally fluent in the Swedish language.
Ken is admitted to the Bars of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
